This workshop is delivered in person by Sonia Nicolson, in Reykjavík. Wander the street of downtown Reykjavik and draw beautiful memories from Iceland.

This fun sketching workshop is designed to encourage you to not just take pictures on your trip but to pause and take in your surroundings by sketching what’s in front of you. Make the best souvenir of Iceland with your hand-drawing skills.

How it works

A half-day workshop where we meet up and walk to 3 different points of interest. Don’t worry if you feel out of practice, this is perfect for beginners and Sonia will help you relax and gain confidence as you go.

Sonia has experience teaching both 2D and 3D drawing techniques, experimental drawing, and different mark-making exercises so beginners are very welcome.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a British chartered Architect, Senior Lecturer at a top UK Arts University, Academic Represented with the British Council, and External Examiner at a number of leading design schools. I now run my own at-home design studio and have taught thousands of students through my courses and online coaching.
