Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for your order. We take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Below, you will find information on processing times, estimated delivery, and shipping costs.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.
Custom orders or special requests may require additional processing time.
Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from Iceland, and delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.
Europe: 3-10 business days
Outside of Europe: 6-12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, customs delays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking & Lost Packages
Tracking is available for most orders and will be provided via email once your order ships.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact me at hello@sonianicolson.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on prints and original artwork only.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange it for another piece of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products (ebooks, courses, templates, etc.) are non-refundable.
Services (coaching, consultations, or custom commissions) are non-refundable.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue. I will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@sonianicolson.com with your order number and reason for the return.
I will provide instructions on where to send the return.
Once received and inspected, I will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
