About the Artwork
This original architectural sketch depicts the Hafnarfjörður Museum, an important cultural building in Hafnarfjörður. Created as part of the ongoing Reykjavik Sketcher series shared on Instagram, the drawing reflects a slow, observational approach to architecture, focusing on real buildings, proportion, and atmosphere rather than idealised imagery.
Each Reykjavik Sketcher original is drawn entirely by hand and exists as a single, one-of-a-kind piece.
