About the Artist:
Sonia Nicolson is a British Chartered Architect and former Senior Lecturer now living in Iceland.
Working under the name Reykjavik Sketcher, she documents Icelandic towns, streets, and everyday life through hand-drawn architectural sketches. Her work celebrates slow observation, place, and the human experience of architecture in a fast digital world. Sonia’s drawings have been collected internationally and shared widely under #ReykjavikSketcher.
